My social media journey…

You might see me showing up on social media owning my authentic self but when I started off it was different; VERY different.

Deep within me I had such a passion to help others but I was crippled with imposter syndrome and fears around others judging me. It didn’t seem right for me to help people when I still felt so broken inside. I was miserable but yet something within me wanted to keep going.

I created a biz name where no-one could or would find me. For so long I stuck to quotes from other people rather than my own words and so I didn’t have to show my face. I remember the day my coach made me do my first selfie, my first reel and the first time I talked on stories; each of which were SO scary.

You see part of my healing journey was finding my authentic self and this involved me showing myself; regardless of what others thought of me.

Putting yourself out there can be scary, we can logically tell ourselves that it is ok and we are safe but somatically we can have a reaction to what we are doing.

Working with parts of me that was so terrified to show up and moving this through my body was GOLD. You don’t need to spend years processing this, VISIBILITY is everything I worked through and have worked through with many clients so that they too can show up and share their gifts and wisdom with those who need it.

A lil bit more about me…

Deep within me I always knew there had to be more to this existence. I spent most my life in a constant state of suffering. I was controlled by my mind, not able to separate my thoughts from the truth.

My thoughts were filled with lack, self hatred and low self-worth. I constantly felt like I didn’t belong here and wished for my life to end. Although, I was fully aware that no-ones life was perfect I still couldn’t shake the feeling that I was less than everyone else.

I felt like a bystander not fully engaging and felt everything was happening around me. Even after years of therapy & personal development work, I still felt something was missing. Cue the world of energetics……I guess all my life spirit had been calling on me to WAKE UP but I was too stuck in my ego.

My life literally changed when I started quietening the voice of ego and listening to my Higher Self. My life has drastically transformed and the relationship I have with myself and others couldn’t be more different.

I now get to help others come into alignment and transform their lives also. This work lights me the f&ck up! This type of transformation and fulfilment is available to you.
